Rodrigo Ramos Bañados

Antofagasta, Chile, 1973,  es escritor y periodista. Ha publicado las novelas Alto Hospicio (2009), Pop (2010), Namazu (2013), Pinochet Boy (2016) y Ciudad Berraca (2018),además del libro de cuentos Palo Blanco (2020).A lo anterior suma los libros de crónicas Tropitambo (2018) y Matute (2020).Ha sido becario en tres ocasiones del fondo del libro en Chile. Como periodista ha trabajado en medios de las ciudades de Iquique, Antofagasta, Valparaíso y Santiago. Hoy vive en Antofagasta. 

Antofagasta, Chile, 1973, is a writer and journalist. He has published the novels Alto Hospicio (2009), Pop (2010), Namazu (2013), Pinochet Boy (2016) and Ciudad Berraca (2018), in addition to the storybook Palo Blanco (2020). To the above he adds the chronicle books Tropitambo (2018) and Matute (2020). He has been a three-time scholarship recipient of the book fund in Chile. As a journalist he has worked in media in the cities of Iquique, Antofagasta, Valparaíso and Santiago. Today he lives in Antofagasta.
